RETURNS CRITERIA

We accept returns matching the  below criteria; i.e:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unstained
  • Unperfumed

Tags still attached

In its original package - please ensure the barcode label on the bag matches the garment name on the item’s tag.

Please Note: Returns that don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item!

Footwear

All footwear must be returned in its original condition.

We require the shoes to be returned in their original shoebox, without any postage labels placed on the box.

Items excluded from returns;

  • Hosiery
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear

Faulty Items

We are so sorry if the item you received was damaged or incorrect!

RETURN POLICY

  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • If you want to receive a refund for your goods, but you can't return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
  • You can return any item for a refund in 14 days of taking your order delivery, including sale items.
  • To return any item, fill in the returns form on the website. Items that are returned will be refunded at the price you purchased at including sale items back to your original payment method. We do not accept returns of underwear, hosiery, swimwear for hygiene reasons.
  • All sales are final. Please do not remove the original packing. We are not responsible for damaged goods until they reach our warehouse during return process, the goods are your responsibility.
  • Returns need to be in the original packaging. Otherwise, we may have to send it back to you.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • You can return any item matching the above returns criteria to us within 14 days of taking your order delivery, including sale items. It can take up to 15 business days to reach us.
  • Once we've got your return, we'll issue your refund within 3 business days in the original method and price (excluding weekends and national holidays) and send you an email once this has been done.
