- I forgot my password, how can I log into Texmart.com?
Go to our sign in page. There is a forgot password link which you can enter your e-mail address. After entering your e-mail address, we will e-mail you a link directly to your texmart account e-mail address to reset your password.
- Where can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your recent orders. You can also track your order at the left bottom of the main page after signing in. Just click 'track order' and you'll be directed to the tracking page.
- When my order will be shipped?
Most items will be shipped within 48 hours after you receive our order confirmation mail including your order details.
- When can I expect my order?
You can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 business days in most items.
- Where can I see my order?
You can see the details of your order by logging into ‘My Account’.
- How can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery adress simply by clicking the adresses in ‘My Account’. Please note that, your new address will be valid for the future orders.
- My order has not arrived on the promising day.

- When are you going to refund my order amount?
Once your item is received and inspected by our warehouse, any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This process usually takes 2-4 business days.
- How can I change the size or color of my item?
You need to return your item first, once your return process has come to an end you can place a new order.
- I want to return my order. How do I do that?

- Am I going to pay for delivery when I return my order?
Return shipments are on your cost.
- Will I be able to get my refund on my currency?
Yes, the refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order at the same amount.
- I have received wrong items in my order. Can you help me?
If you have received a wrong item in your order, please contact our customer care team with the order number and the wrong item’s name and number.
- How can I cancel my texmart membership?
Go to ‘my account’ and select ‘cancel my membership’ to cancel your membership.
